BIOGRAPHY OF LATE ALH. ABDULMALIK NDAYAKO (SHABA NUPE) Behold, the second in command of Bida Emirate Council (2IC) Alh. Abdulmalik Ndayako (SHABA NUPE). He is from Umaru Majigi Royal Anteroom, which is the third Royal anteroom in the Emirate council.
